Set up your wedding website and RSVPs

Create your site

  1. Go to the Wedding Website page in your dashboard.
  2. Click "Browse templates" to pick a design, then "Open the studio" to edit each section with a live preview beside it.
  3. Fill in your story. Your events and venues come in from what you've already set up on the Events page.
  4. Click "Publish" when it's ready. Your address is shown under the page title: mangalyam.io/w/your-slug.

An unpublished site shows visitors a 404, so nothing is visible until you publish.

Collect RSVPs

In the studio's RSVP section, turn on "Collect guest count (+1s)" and "Collect meal preference" if you want to ask for them. Under "Privacy & publish", choose who can open the site: Public, Unlisted (link only), or Passcode protected, which asks visitors for a passcode you set (at least four characters). Click "Save privacy" to apply it.

Guests reply from their own RSVP link, sent with their invitation. If someone loses it, the RSVP page has a "Find your invitation" screen where they enter the email or phone number their invite went to and get the link again. Each reply updates that guest's status on your guest list, per event, so there's nothing to copy over.

Share it

Your site's address sits under the "Wedding Website" heading. Copy it and send it however you reach your guests, WhatsApp included. Publish first: an unpublished link only shows a 404.

Privacy and publishing are separate switches. A passcode-protected site still needs "Publish" turned on to be reachable.
